Battodo
The term "battodo" literally translates into English as "way of sword drawing", but can be used to describe techniques that involve rapidly drawing the sword from the scabbard and engaging opponents.
Emphasis is especially placed on the confidence of the practitioner as well as his/her poise and discipline as a nearly full-fledged swordsman.
